Tim Niemier: for over 40 years, Tim Niemier has been a leader in kayak and paddleboard design. He is the founder of Ocean Kayaks, the largest kayak manufacturer in the world. Tim is our chief design expert and is the President of Pacific Paddleboards. He has been shaping and building small watercraft and boards since the 60's in Malibu, where he grew up. In the 70's, Tim started the sit on top kayak revolution. Now, he is designing and building the next generation of stand-up paddle boards.

Bobbi Ferguson: as our Operations Manager, Bobbi combines years of successful operations management experience with an MBA from Pepperdine University
